How can I determine the percentage of Outlook users with Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2002, etc.?

What is the scope of the search? Your office? The United Kingdon? The
entire world?

I'm pretty sure you'd have to contact Microsoft's Public Relations
department for that type of information.
