Outlook : Junk e-mail

HI - a question:

My Outlook 2002 seems to be set to consider all e-mails
from addresses such as (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) to
be junk.

I have not set a rule with respect to such items & can't
seem to stop outlook from sending to these to the junk
box.

Any views?
