Outlook junk email filter does not remember trusted sender

I am running Outlook 2007 and find that automatic junk email filtering keeps
putting newly received messages into the Junk email folder even after I have
told it to always trust email from the sender or the sender's domain.

Is this a bug or is there a configuration trick I need to know about?
