Outlook Junk Email: Scan blocked list for freq. appearing domains

It would be nice if Outlook would periodically scan my Blocked Senders List
to determine if multiple users are listed from a single domain. Outlook could
then automatically suggest that the domain be blocked... and give me the
option to "block the domain" or to "no longer suggest blocking the domain".
(I would like to see a list of the “common domain†addresses in the dialog
box... to help me make my decision. If I choose to block the domain, it would
be nice if Outlook could then give me the option to delete the individual
user entries from the blocked list. Also, I should have the option to prevent
Outlook from suggesting the blocking of domains used in addresses currently
listed in my Contacts.)

As it stands now, I export/import the blocked list to Excel and search for
frequently appearing domains every couple months... kind of pain!

Blocking senders is a useless waste of time and resources. If you use
Outlook 2003, set the filter on high and use the safe senders lists for
false positives.

Sorry to disagree with you (but of course... no one solution is perfect for
everyone.)

I've actually had a lot of success by adding domains to my blocked user
list. (...Although I'm sure it's not useful for everyone!)

Anyway, adding the functionality I discussed would make my life easier.
Thanks for your input anyway!
