Outlook just not working

Hi;

I'm using Outlook 2002 as part Office XP. All of a sudden I can't move or
delete folders. Mail in the outbox does get sent, but it remains there and
keeps getting sent. I've removed and reinstalled Outlook using the XP office
set up wizard, but the prblem still remains. I get the following error
message:

"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook."

Any ideas ?
