Outlook Language....

Hi There;

I currently using the Outlook XP and one of my colleague,
his want to send a mail to a client in France language.
But unfortunately, the recipient received a wierd
language. For example; Besoin d'aide pour vendre votre
voiture la veille de votre départ définitif ? pour
acheter un voiture ?

Do you had any idea on this issue and what is the
solution for this problem? I will appreciated if you can
reply me as soon as possible.
