Outlook listing deleted address books

Using Outlook 2003. Several address books were erased,
but they are still showing up as an option when clicking
the 'To...' button which pops up the 'Select Name' box.
When selecting an address book the deleted ones are still
showing up. How do I completely remove the address books
as options?

Remove the invalid entries here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
