Outlook Live Help with Contacts Please

Hi All, not sure if I am posting in the correct place.....But here is the
question & if not...Hopefully you will be kind enough to point me in the
correct direction.

I have just reinstalled outlook live from CD & once that was complete it
sync'd all the contacts, calendar information & email folders from my Hotmail
Account to my Outlook 2003 installation on my pc....However there were
various duplicate entries once it got to my pc & also I deleted some contacts
on Outlook 2003 as a tidyup exercise......I have 2 main questions please:-

1) Contacts dont seem to be syncing correctly between Outlook 2003 on my PC
and my Hotmail Account.....

2) Duplicate Contacts, appointments, reminders.....etc..etc....Is there an
easy way of tidying these up....This is a regular occurance....
