Outlook Macro Developer

I have decided I do not want to learn VBA. I would like to find an Outlook
developer to develop simple Outlook Macros for me at a reaonable price (I am
a VERY small business). I mostly need macros to perform repatitive tasks.
Does anyone know any developer websites that can help?
