Outlook mail gone in Entourage

Good day!

I'm on a County Exchange Server, am the only mac in the network, and have
been using Entourage for email. Today, I was on a pc and opened outlook to
check my email. There were 5 new messages and I replied to one. Now, I'm
back on my mac, have opened Entourage and do not see the 5 new messages or
the reply in my sent folder.

Any thoughts?

Is is possible that the Outlook Client you were using was configured to
delete the messages from the server after you accessed them?
