Outlook mail

I frequently get the following msg: "550 Authentication
turned on in your email client" It doesn;'t happen all
the time, but it happens often enough to be distracting.


Also, I have chosen the option of putting a copy of my
outgoing mailings in to the :Sent Mail" folder, but it
doesn't do it. How can I force it to do that?
