Outlook message error

It's a command line parameter so there's no way to find it. You just enter
this in the Start Menu's Run box:
Outlook.EXE /resetnavpane

You start Outlook using that switch. Type it from a command line, eg:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Note the space between outlook.exe and /resetnavpane
