Within the past week, selecting multiple e-mails, deleting
multiple spam messages for instance, works differently
than before. Multiple selections now cause the selected
items to flicker rapidly and the cursor to turn into a two
headed spinning arrow while Outlook appears to process
each message in some fashion. This didn't use to happen.
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this annoying
problem?
