I have a situation where a number of users connecting to Exchange 2003 using
Outlook 2003 have their work interrupted by the new mail alert. They may be
working on a document, and when new mail comes in, the alert is displayed
and either the system "freezes" interrupting their work until they dismiss
the alert, or the system immediately switches them to Outlook, away from the
application they were using. Without disabling the new mail alert, is there
any way I can resolve this?
