Outlook Newsreader (2003)

After installing Outlook 2003, adding the News on the Go menu, closing
Outlook, rerunning Outlook, the News command under Go is lost. News is also
lost under Customize for the menu bar.

I can only start Outlook Newsreader by "C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\msimn.exe" /outnews and no way to start OUtlook newsreader through
Outlook 2003.

I have also lost the Outlook 2003 under Internet Options > Programs, under
Newsgroup listing.
