Hello,
We are using outlook 2000 on windows XP. Some users are
recieving new emails fine, however, 3 or 4 of our
computers are not receiving email at all. All the
computers have the same configuration. Outlook says
recieving is complete however no new mail is downloaded.
These PCs can send mail with no problem. I know there is
mail on our ISP, as it shows up using a web based email
program.
Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?
