I have users not on location that are running outlook xp
in smtp mode. They don't get any msg attachments in their
email when some users send them via from customers. If we
go into outlook and run in the office via mapi mode then
the msg attachments show. We have all service packs for
Outlook. Not for sure where to look to remedy this
situation. Any help would be great.
