outlook notifications

Outlook only notifies the user of emails that are delivered to the inbox.

Outlook should have the capability to have multiple ore generic
notifications of emails that are delivered.

Through the organise button some generic options would be:
- All delivery folders sounds & visual alerts
- select different sounds for different folders

Use rules to do this - I presume you mean Outlook 2003. Under Tools->Rules
and Alerts.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, BT asked:
