Recently have had a problem with Outlook 2002. Running on
a Dell 8250 with 512K RAM; Norton Systemworks & Firewall.
System is clean of viruses.
I receive the following error message:
Task 'Work - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
The server responded: '
Both my ISP and the mail server that this version of
Outlook accesses indicate no problems.
When trying to send a message, I will be told that another
program is trying to access my program. After hitting
send, the message may go through or just hang Outlook ONLY.
Is this a common occurrence? Is there a fix? Do I need
to re-install and hope that this won't happen again?
Thanks.
