Outlook/Outlook Express. Pros and Cons. Which one?

Should I switch to Outlook ... or Stay with Outlook Express? I would like
some opinions of those who have used both. Tradeoffs. Problems. Advantages.
Disadvantages. Many of my associates swear by Outlook. My wife has barely
learned OE. Why should I switch to "O" Why should I stay with "OE"? I am
double posting, so no nasty remarks. I want to hear from both Outlook
express as well as the Outlook people.

I have used both for some time. I like OE for simple email stuff. That's
what it's designed for. But I really need the scheduling of Outlook. If it
were not for the scheduling I would stay with OE.

I just updated my 'OE' to 'O' and I the only problem

that I am having is sending my business card in HTML
format. I run a business from home and I have to say
that I like 'O' much better because of the functionality,
calandar, journal etc. As a small business owner, the
enhancements are great!
