Hi there,
We have a computer that is logged in using a generic username. The computer
is a WIN XP box and has Outlook 2003 installed. There is a user that wishes
to check their email when using this computer but doesn't want other users
accessing their emails. I would like to set-up a OWA link
(http://servername/exchange) so when the user wishes to check their emails
they can double click the icon and enter in a username and password and off
they go. But when this is done the login box (once the username and pwd has
been entered) stays on the window and doesn't go and their emails isn't
displayed. I know another way would be to have the user set-up their mailbox
in Outlook when they use this computer but that can be time consuming.
Is logging in to the computer as "another account" causing conflict when the
user tries to enter their login details to access OWA?
Any help would be apprepriated.
Thanks
