Outlook Personal Address Book Service

The Personal Address Book Service had been deleted by
accident from within Outlook in "Add Service to Profile".
How do you go about reinstalling that? I have checked the
KB and other searches, but have not seen anything on it.
I figured it would be easy.

What version of Outlook?
Why do you need the PAB? It hasn't been in use for over 5 years. It was
replaced by the Outlook Address Book Service.

It is Outlook 2000, the personal went into their services
to add their PAB and deleted the PAB service by accident
and I want to re-add it and could not find anything on how
to do this.

It is Outlook 2000, the personal went into their services
to add their PAB and deleted the PAB service by accident
and I want to re-add it and could not find anything on how
to do this.

Outlook 2000, while it permitted you to include a PAB, didn't use it. It
used the Contacts folder.

What did you delete and how? As I said, there is no need for the PAB. You
should have been using the Outlook Address Book and your Contacts Folder. If
you were not, it is long past time to import the contents of your PAB into
your Contacts Folder and set up the Outlook Address Book.
