Background
Kaneda kuniko used to be Mark Cutis secretary until one fine day she walked
off her job.
Mori Yuko was employed to do Kaneda san’s job. For the first few days Mori
san was login in
as Kaneda san, then after she got her own ID, I think Mori san was given
access to Kaneda san
mailbox.
Mori san (like Kaneda san) has editor rights to Cutis san Calendar, Inbox
and Contacts.
Problem
Whenever Cutis san sends an invitation to a meeting which includes Mori san
is also invited
he receives the following message
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Kaneda Kuniko on 3/16/2005 11:37 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<SSMGN871.ad.shinseibank.co.jp #5.1.1>
Also, If Mori san invites people to a meeting on behalf of Cutis san, he
receives the same undelivered message.
Kaneda san’s account has been deleted from the system as far as I know. I
also checked Cutis san and Mori san
Outlook settings and did not find anything unusual.
Can you suggest any solutions?
Any suggestions you may have will be greatly appreciated.
System Background :
