Outlook Process Mailbox

I have a unique issue. I am using Outlook 2007. I have several proces
mailboxes that I access. I also use a program through a remote deskto
connection. The process mailboxes update with incoming emails in Outloo
on the remote desktop but do not on my regular HP desktop. An
suggestions to correct this

What is "A program"? Some other mail client?

You'll need to provide a whole lot more information. Is this a POP
server? IMAP? Exchange? Is this remote desktop connection by any
chance a machine on the same LAN as the server? Perhaps the mail
server is not accessible from wherever this 'regular HP desktop' is?
