Outlook prompts for installation CD after Windows98 to XP Upgrade

Two days ago, I upgraded from Windows98 to Windows XP

I have MSOffice Professional. Word, Access, and Powerpoint all work correctly when using the short cut icons

Excel only works properly when Outlook.exe is double-clicked from the WindowsExplorer window

Outlook consistently prompts for the Installation CD

I do not have access to the installation CD

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry! You need the cd, 99.99% percent of the time you will need to reinstall software when you upgrade the operating system because the file structure is different
