Outlook.pst files

I have archived an outlook.pst file on an external hard disk so that I could transfer it to my new Mac. I have a MacBook Pro. I can't get Entourage or Outlook express to recognize the file. On my old Microsoft machine, I used Outlook to process this .pst file. Help. This is my home computer.

Sure, it's probably the most common question in this group.
Entourage doesn't support .pst. You need to convert it.
