Outlook - Public Folders -

OK - so here's the scenario - I set up a spreadsheet in Public Folders to which I gave Anna XXXX, Charles XXXX, and Wes XXXX Owner permissions.
Everything is just fine except for Anna's ability to access the spreadsheet. Whenever she opens it, it is Read-Only. This is not true for any of the rest of us It is most important that Anna and I be able to access, update, and save to this spreadsheet.
We have checked to ensure that ONLY Anna is signed in, that she is signed in correctly, etc. What else could it be?

Do you mean that you gave the *folder* those permissions?

Is the spreadsheet stored as a freedoc or as an attachment to a post?

Outlook version?

When I encountered this same sort of problem a few weeks ago, it turned out
the problem was that our "Anna" had saved a local copy of the file to her
Outlook temp directory. Whenever she opened the file again, Outlook opened
the local copy, and opened it as Read Only.

I deleted the local copy and all was well again.
