Outlook reminer and task not working

Hi,

In one of my system(windows2k O/s) if I set some task, it
is not giving the pop up screen at the scheduled time.
Since the reminder is not working fine it's getting
difficult to work. Upto y'day evening it was working fine.
Can you pl help me in this manner.
