Outlook Reply Signature

I can get a signature to attach to a new e-mail, but I cannot get a signature
to attach to a reply. I can insert them, but it is time consuming for every
reply.

I had no problem with Outlook 2003.

I have clicked every button and redone the signatures in 2007, but no luck.

Any suggestions?
