"Outlook requires Window Installer to run"

I am having various problems with my PC. I have aready run antivirus and

antispyware programs.

I am having various problems with my PC. I have aready run antivirus and

antispyware programs.

Outlook will try to open, but come up with either "Thsi program requires

Window Installer to run" and/or insufficient virtual memory. Othet
programs will not open with a pop-up indicating insifficient resources.

Any help?
