Outlook RPC over HTTPS setup via GPO

Is it possible to configure Outlook for RPC over HTTPS using a GPO for
clients that are already installed? I cannot seem to find any options for
this (all searches suggest using the custom maintenance wizard, but this is
not really an option due to the deployment type).
