Outlook Rule wizard Error

Using the ORGANIZE feature of Outlook 2000 will not allow
me to create rules. I receive a message saying that:

"Outlook has generated an error and will be closed by
Windows. You
will need to restart the program. An error log is being
created."

Rules can be created when going directly to Rules Wizard
from Tools but not from Organize

Any suggestions??
