i have a rule that checks some message properties and if
it does not meet some criteria it moves the mesasges to a
junk folder. the problem is that the rule does not always
run unless i manually click send and receive. i have to
beet outlook to doing the check on its own. is this a bug
in outlook 2k, not running the rule unless i click send
and receive, or am i missing a setting somewhere?
