Outlook Rules - Good Reference Books?

Greetings:

I seem to be creating more and more rules for Outlook, and
I keep wondering EXACTLY what I am doing, and how the
rules are interacting with each other. I would like to
find a good reference book, or a good reference site, that
talks about the rules, and how each category/option should
work. I would appreciate any direction in this matter.
