Outlook Rules stopped working

All of a sudden without warning my Outlook rules have
stopped functioning. Given that I use it to check mail
from three accounts, this is vastly irritating. I tried
deleting the rules and setting them up again. I've
downloaded all available updates and SPs. Any advice?

Are you using Outlook 2003? If so, and you're willing to recreate your
rules one more time, try starting Outlook with the /cleanrules or
/cleanclientrules switch to really delete the rules and start over.
