Outlook rules wizard

Does anyone know how to create the following rule wizard
in Outlook 2000: "After the message arrives when the from
line does NOT contain @, delete it"

Outlook Express can handle such "NOT" fuctions but I can't
find where Outlook 2000 does.

I don't have an Outlook 2000 machine to test with, but how about if you
create a rule that deletes ALL messages EXCEPT where the from line contains
@? I'd test that one carefully, tho, I'm not sure how well it will work
in practice.
