Outlook Rules

Using Outlook 2003 on a domain with Exchange Server 2003
and one of my users has a lot of rules. When she tries
to create a new one she gets the message:
One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange
server and have been deactivated. This could be because
some of the parameters are not supported or there is
insufficient space to store all of your rules.

Looking up in the Outlook help files, it states that only
32kb is allowcated to rules.

Question is: is there a way to increase this 32kb to a
larger number?
