Outlook Send/Receive '0x80048002' Sending and Receiving reported e

This task was cancelled before it was completed.
I just got Cox fast access and it enabled Outlook express.
In Outlook i cant send or receive even though i inputed the exact pop and stmp server names...Pls help?
