Outlook Sending on Account not held with ISP

Hi

I have two mail accounts setup with Microsoft Outlook 2003. One of
these is held with my ISP and one is not.

I have unchecked the 'Send Mail items' in the 'Send/Receive' options
for the non-ISP account. However, it still tries to send items on this
account everytime I click 'Send/Receive All'.

Any ideas how to overcome this?
