Sporadically, the check box to save messages sent in the
sent items folder, becomes un-checked. There hasn't been
any correlation between users, except that it was mainly
on Outlook 2000 -or- 2002. We just had our first instance
with 2003. We recently upgraded to Exchange 2003, but I
believe that we started seeing this problem before the
upgrade. Any suggestions?
