I am having a problem with my Outlook program on my XP
base. When I access outlook for my e-mail, it acts as if
I have changed my settings by blinking black and then
opening with larger settings in the than the Outlook
program.
Then it also affects all other programs (Office based or
not) by making THEIR settings expand. Once I exit
Outlook, all programs revert to their normal 800 X 600
medium 16-bit settings. Only outlook does this - not
access or excel. I have tried reloading Office 2000 and
have also obtained and installed all updates to XP and
Office. I have posted this message twice, and nobody
seems to be able to help, so I reworded this with as much
pertinent info as possible. Can anyone help?
