I have an Outlook 2002 general mailbox (help) to which a number of computer
users have full access. They are logging in to Outlook under a profile
(help) from a personal Windows 2000 network log-in. They also have acces to
their own personal mailbox from the same computer.
I would like the Outlook's Help shortcut bar to be standardised so that all
users see exactly the same icons on the bar - presently if one of the users
adds a bar shortcut to a folder - none of the others logging on see this in
the shortcut bar until they individually create the same shortcut on the
bar.
Could anyone advise on how to make this happen
