Issue: I received 1000's of email every month from my dealers involving
different projects and support issue. It is time consuming to seive through
the whole lot to find the right mail that I recall reading. If I can zero'ed
in to a smaller catehory of emails than I spent lesser time reviewing the
emails.
My Temporary solution:
I prefix a simple keyword at the beginning of all the subject line before I
sent to my customers. E.g. Subject: MSN : ....... The keyword is MSN. All my
email exchanged with my customers will automatically tag with the keyword
MSN. All these group of emails can easily be categoried under "MSN". If I
sort by subject title, all the MSN will fall into place followed by subject
title.
Suggest Permanent Solution:
Outlook should introduce a KEYWORD column. This should be tag to the subject
line. When I sort the subject line, the KEYWORD will be sorted out first
followed by the subject line. This helps alot in managing emails.
