Outlook should stop resetting my security settings. Control Freak

Outlook keeps re-setting my security settings to restricted instead of
internet when I reboot. The security is driving me nuts. To the point where
it stops me conducting my job. Also am using outlook at home and has 2 emails
stuck in the outbox. Won't let me delete them. Surely I get to decide what I
want to do with my email.

Outlook has become a control freak.

outlook shouldn't be resetting the internet security settings but a
firewall, antivirus, or other security software might be.

do you get an error when you try to delete the messages?
