Outlook should tell us how to list names in email address book as.

Where in Outlook HELP does it tell us whow to list the names in the email
address book as Last, First?

I just now upgraded from WinME to XPPro and OfficeXPPro. What I'm noticing
is a HUGE lack of HELP available by clicking the HELP button. It appears
that all help is only available by going online to a web site. That's a BIG
problem for two reasons:

1. Not all users can stay online long enough to adequately research their
question.

2. The search on the web site is abnormally inaccurate.

Did you have a question, or were you simply ranting?
I know that I have posted the instructions for sorting the Outlook Address
Book over a thousand times. Others have done the same.
