Hello
I am using OL2000 and experiencing shutdown problems with it. I leave Outlook open all day long and in the evening when I shut it down, it may not exit completely i.e. the UI closes but Outlook is still running in task list. I guess I stand a chance of data corruption with this
I tried looking for a solution, but couldn't find one. I read that if an outlook object isreferenced and not freed, this problem will occur. How do I find out what object has remained referenced ? I am running on Win2K/SP3. I have installed office service packs. I am running some rules from rules wizard. Could those be causing problems
Thanks in advance
Regards
