Hello,
I have an outlook signature (HTML Document) that displays
our company logo at the top with an HTML link to our
website when you click on it, 3 lines below this is the
user's signature.
The problem I am encountering is that the user will insert
the message text between the logo and the text signature,
but the text does not get spell checked.
I know how to set it up so it will spell check, but
unfortunately, the setting sticks for only that individual
message. To do so, you have to highlight all text, click
tools, language, set language and uncheck "do not check
spelling or grammar". I have tried highlighting the text
in word when creating the signature and forcing the
setting before saving but it does not stick for the
template.
All help is greatly appreciated.
