I have a user who has created some shortcuts to folders in other peoples
mail boxes. When she logs out, and logs back in, they disappear. If I log
onto her mailbox from a different machine, and then create shortcuts, log
off and back on, they persist. So it looks like it is a client side issue.
I have not been able to find out where these settings are stored (.dat file,
hidden message in mailbox, etc) to troubleshoot this any further. Any
ideas?
