Outlook Slow Downs & Unexpected Termination Of Program

We have been having problems with Outlook Slow Downs &
Unexpected Termination Of the Program on our network.. We
are using MSE2K SB Server.

Randomly on certain systems Outlook closes without any
warning or error message... In the middle of typing an
email/s and it just turns off. We restart the program and
none of the email drafts in process are saved.... Don't
understand why this is happening?! Any help would be
wonderful! Thank You in Advance.
