All of a sudden (merely coincidently after I lost internet for 2 days) Outlook (part of Office 2016) started not letting me switch to ONLINE while reading mail (i.e. couldn't see pix in emails). When I go to sent/receive|preferences and click the Work Offline button nothing happens. But I cab send and receive mail, so it obviously goes online for that. Is there some system setting I need to change? I noticed that after losing internet my network somehow hid itself (changed to PUBLIC instead of PRIVATE and was not discoverable). Any suggestions are really appreciated.
